Lt. Col. Huie H. Lamb Jr. was the kind of man who made you stand a little straighter.

Humble.

Honorable.

The kind of man who'd take a young pilot under his wing and share wisdom over BBQ at his favorite spot just because that's what you do when someone needs help.

He was a World War II Ace, flying 61 combat missions over Europe in P-47s and his P-51D Mustang, "Etta Jeanne II."

On one of those missions, Lt. Col. Lamb became one of the first WW2 aviators to down an Me 262, the Luftwaffe's jet fighter that was supposed to change the war.

That's the kind of pilot he was.

Our friend and team member, Dan White of Cockpit Creations, had the honor of knowing Lt. Col. Lamb. It started with a request: Would he sign some P-47 gun bay panels?

Of course he did. Because that's who he was.

Later, Lt. Col. Lamb took Dan's son Jake under his wing, sharing advice pilot to pilot as Jake earned his ratings.

The mentorship. The BBQ. The stories. That's the measure of the man.

When we presented Lt. Col. Lamb with this tribute, he said yes. He gave us his signature. His endorsement.

That's not something you fake. That's an honor you carry every time one of these decanters gets poured.

This is handcrafted aviation memorabilia built the way "Etta Jeanne II" was built: aircraft skin-type metal, hand-formed and hand-riveted using traditional aviation manufacturing techniques.

Designed in collaboration with Cockpit Creations, every rivet, every line, every contour of this decanter is engineered to precision, making it the perfect military aviation gift for veterans and pilots.

Pick it up. If you've ever worked on a plane, you'll feel it.

This is Lt. Col. Huie Lamb's legacy. And it's yours to carry forward.
